All the dogs here at Gemswin are kept super duper fit with daily free running exercise in the wonderful open countryside that we have here in rural Hertfordshire, they receive lots of free running and road walking to tighten the muscles and feet!

Their handler  on the other hand has to rely on the team at Fitness Focus Gym in Clavering, Essex to get  me fit for the rigors of the show ring!! Thanks boys!
