Thelma is maturing into a lovely bitch, following her initial blast of wins as a baby including Best Puppy In Breed at SKC in May 2011 she had an ugly duckling phase and has stayed at home while she matures into a swan!

She is a gentle, steady girl and very very licky!!!

We were over the moon when at the Flat Coated Retriever Society Championship show on Easter Sunday , Hetti won her 2nd CC from the special Veteran class, the judge was Ann Kilminster ( Withybed).

Hetti won her class, won the CC, then was awarded Reserve Best in Show with the co judge Louise Jones ( Braemist) and Best Veteran in Show.

Best In Show award went to Hetti's half brother and top winning Flat Coat Sh Ch Vbos The Kentuckian

Joel also won special veteran dog and Woody then won Best Liver in Show

Truly a day never to forget!!!

With her sweet head, super outline and ever wagging tail straight off a level topline, this 10-year old bitch stole my heart, stole the class, and stole the CC! She wagged her way through to give our lovely Best in Show dog a run for his money. I have given CC’s before to 7-year olds, but to be able to award a CC to a 10-year old in such sparkling condition was a joy and a privilege.
