We were delighted when Martha, Gemswin Rainbow of Love for Rosslake  won Best Puppy in Show at the 2 day Southampton Open Show.

She followed this by winning Minor puppy at Windsor Championship show...another star in the making me hopes!

She is owned by Lauren Vincent & Jan Farrant who also owned the legendary Slipper!   No pressure Martha!

Despite the sadness that we experianced on our hol , we also enjoyed a wonderful time with friends, Riot qualified for Crufts with a 2nd in post graduate and i handled the Best of Breecwinning Flat coated Retriever , who also won group 3 at Border Union Show

Our darling Ferris  given sleep

One in a million, always in our thoughts

An extract from an email written by the owner of a Ferris daughter sums it all up

"..everywhere you look they're there and in everything you do you expect to turn round and see them ,In truth you know that to perpetuate their lives in selfish and you're only doing it for you and not for them but it's the finality of it all.....knowing that you will never more shout at them when they do those irritating things seeing their ever happy disposition and feeling the softness of their coat and yearning to find something that is theirs that lies undiscovered and that you know was meant for you to find after they'd gone....
I send you my thoughts and love and hope that you will be able to focus on all the fun and rewarding times you had with Ferris -- such a lovely dog who loved you as much as you loved him. "
